William (Bill) is the CEO of Respage, bringing decades of experience in multifamily and property technology to the role. With over 30 years in PropTech and more than two decades in FinTech, Bill has spent his career building solutions that help property management companies streamline operations, increase revenue, and improve communication at scale.

Before joining Respage, William held senior sales leadership roles at Yardi and MRI Software, where he helped build category-leading platforms serving thousands of property management companies. He also founded and led two technology companies to successful acquisitions, giving him firsthand experience building products that solve real operational challenges for the multifamily industry.

Throughout his career, he has worked with property management companies across multifamily, commercial, student housing, vacation rentals, and affordable housing, giving him a deep, ground-level understanding of the challenges Respage’s customers face every day.

Ellen is Co-Founder of Respage. Since its founding, Respage has helped over 10,000 communities attract, engage, and retain residents. Its platform assists properties in generating leads, automating leasing, and managing reputation and social media. Ellen is also the Founder of Results Repeat, a mid-sized digital marketing agency that has helped hundreds of companies create a digital presence and use SEO and paid marketing to generate more business online.

Ellen’s companies were both recognized in the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in 2021. Her companies have also been recognized on the Philadelphia 100 list of fastest growing companies 15 times and been identified by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the best places to work 7 times.

Ellen graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, serves on the Board of PACT for Animals, and is an active volunteer for several other organizations. In her spare time, she likes to figure skate, play tennis, and spend time with her son, Jackson.

Wayne joined Respage in 2015 as Chief Technology Officer, making an enormous impact on the organization from the start. In his time at Respage, he has single-handedly built a top-notch Technology department, including premier Development and QA teams. He also spearheaded the creation of the AI-Powered Chatbot, the most sophisticated chatbot offered in Multifamily. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wayne personally conceived the idea for the Respage Resident Amenity Scheduler and brought it to market in a two-week timeframe. Through Wayne’s vision and leadership, Respage has been able to consistently bring the most innovative products to market. He is constantly at the forefront of what the Multifamily marketplace wants and has created the infrastructure to deliver quickly and efficiently.

Prior to joining Respage, Wayne was the Lead Developer and Software Architect at Global Healthcare Exchange for 14 years.

Wayne brings over 23 years of software development experience to his leadership at Respage.

Jackie has been with Respage for nearly 23 years, joining the company soon after its inception. For more than three decades, she has specialized in taking small SaaS companies to the next level, always putting the customer first and with a sharp focus on scalability.

Prior to joining 4 Walls, Jackie built her career at multiple startups in operations, sales, and marketing leadership roles.

Jackie is the connective tissue of Respage, keeping teams aligned, operations running, and people supported in ways that are impossible to miss. Behind every high-functioning team is someone who holds it all together; at Respage, that person is Jackie.

Jackie sits on the board of Northwestern Stables, a historic equestrian facility and nonprofit Fairmount Park property. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. from Temple University.

Since joining Respage in 2009, Lisa has built the company’s Operations Department from the ground up. She personally grew the Account Management team from herself only to now a full department of talented team members. She is also responsible for streamlining processes across all of Operations. As the company grew, Lisa led the reorganization of the entire department, including the Account Management, Product Services and SEM teams, to accelerate workflow and deliver industry-leading customer service. Before becoming Director of Operations, she was Respage’s first Account Manager, and then Account Manager Supervisor.

Prior to joining Respage, Lisa served as the Operations Manager for a sports technology company, the Office Manager for a computer parts broker, and the Administrative Manager for a food brokerage company.

Lisa received her Associate’s Degree in Specialized Business from Katharine Gibbs School and her M.B.A. from Villanova University.

With more than 25 years in the multifamily industry, Christy Metz has built a career spanning nearly every corner of the business, from onsite operations and property management to supplier marketing, enterprise sales, and commercial strategy. That breadth of experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges facing apartment owners, operators, and the technology partners that serve them.

Before joining Respage, Christy held key sales roles with Zillow and TheGuarantors, where she helped grow strategic partnerships with many of the nation’s largest multifamily owners and operators.

As Head of Sales, Christy leads Respage’s go-to-market strategy, sales organization, and strategic client partnerships. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and helping multifamily operators leverage technology that delivers measurable business results.
